See VocalCoach in action.
Watch a manager assign a course, a trainee practise a call with an AI caller in the browser, and progress build towards a completion certificate.
Earlier recording; screens may differ.
What you'll see
- Finding a course and assigning practice to a trainee
- Reading the exercise brief and using browser voice practice
- Level progress and the next practice exercise
- Course completion and its certificate
- Reviewing session progress and available feedback
Added since this video was made: a call analysis after each practice call.
Also new: custom interruption settings for each eligible course exercise. These controls are not shown in the earlier walkthrough.
Meet your VocalCoach assistant
Ask for help, bring your training context, and review the next step before anything is created.
- Find your way. Get guidance on courses, practice, reviews, progress, settings and credit.
- Ask a general question. When AI answers are enabled, review a read-only answer about maths or general knowledge. Live news lookup is unavailable; paste a dated article for discussion. Answers cannot execute site actions.
- Build relevant training. Bring product facts and objections to prepare three custom course drafts. The assistant uses its course-authoring skill and asks for missing context.
- Practise for a specific job. Combine your CV with the actual job posting to prepare private interview practice around your experience and the role's requirements.
- Prepare your team. Review a CSV list of up to 50 caller accounts, or XLSX when document processing is enabled. Creating accounts and sending invitations are separate actions.
Local help and editable previews are available without a model call. Uploads, paid AI drafts and account creation appear only when enabled and authorized. Your workspace manager chooses which assistant models are available; read the notice beside each choice. Every paid AI request uses prepaid workspace credit at the approved token cost plus 20%, rounded upward; you review a maximum charge before approving. Drafting is separate from live voice preparation and practice.
